All Indonesia App: A Complete Guide for Travelers

On September 1, 2025, Indonesia officially launched the All Indonesia App, a new digital system created by the Directorate General of Immigration. This platform is designed to simplify international arrivals by combining immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations into a single digital form.

Previously, passengers had to complete separate documents such as the electronic customs declaration (e-CD), the e-HAC health form, and manual immigration forms. This often, caused long queues and confusion at airports. The All Indonesia app was introduced to end this complexity and create a smoother experience for both Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals.

Acting Immigration Director General Yuldi Yusman explained, “All Indonesia is a major step toward efficient public service. This app makes the arrival process shorter, safer, and friendlier for all passengers—including families, seniors, and travelers with disabilities.”

Why All Indonesia Matters

The launch of this app is part of Indonesia’s digital transformation strategy. By merging four different arrival requirements into one system, the government ensures:

Faster processing: Only one QR code is needed for checks at immigration, customs, and health.
Better coordination: Officials from multiple agencies can access passenger data in real time.
Improved safety: Integrated health and quarantine declarations support early disease detection.
Economic protection: Customs and quarantine data help monitor goods, plants, and animals entering the country.

The app is already mandatory at Soekarno-Hatta (Jakarta), Juanda (Surabaya), and Ngurah Rai (Bali) airports, as well as Batam International Port.

How to Access the All Indonesia App

Travelers can complete their arrival declaration in two ways:

Website: allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id
Mobile app: Available for free on Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).

Forms can be filled in up to three days before arrival. Once submitted, the system generates a QR code that must be shown at checkpoints.

Step-by-Step Guide for Indonesian Citizens (WNI)

1. Open the website or app and select WNI.
2. Fill in personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, passport number, phone number, and email.
3. Enter flight details: arrival date and flight number.
4. Add temporary address in Indonesia and reason for travel.
5. Answer questions about customs, baggage, and health.
6. Submit the form and download the QR code. This QR code must be presented at immigration upon arrival.

Step-by-Step Guide for Foreign Nationals (WNA)

1. Select WNA on the website or app.
2. Enter personal data as shown on your passport: nationality, passport number, name, date of birth, and email.
3. Provide your flight information.
4. Add your address in Indonesia and specify purpose of visit (tourism, business, education, etc.).
5. Complete customs and health declarations.
6. Submit the form and save the QR code for airport checks.

Tips for a Smooth Arrival

• Complete the form before departing your home country.
• Keep the QR code easily accessible on your phone.
• If you need help, airport staff and e-kiosks are available.

The government plans to expand the app by integrating e-visa and digital stay permits. Big data and AI will also be used to analyze passenger patterns, supporting tourism, trade, and public health policies.

By adopting the All Indonesia app, travelers save time and enjoy a more efficient arrival process, while the government gains a powerful tool to strengthen security and improve public services.
