The Indonesian government has launched the trial phase of its new integrated passenger declaration system, All Indonesia, at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, on Thursday (July 24, 2025). This digital platform merges immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations—previously completed separately—into a single streamlined process. It aims to speed up international arrivals and improve the passenger experience for travelers entering Indonesia.
The All Indonesia system allows passengers to fill in all required entry data in just 2.5 minutes and submit it up to three days before arrival. It is accessible through allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id and a mobile application. The trial is currently being carried out in partnership with national airline Garuda Indonesia.
Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) highlighted the time-saving benefits during the launch event.
“All Indonesia is a solution for time efficiency. It simplifies arrival procedures without compromising oversight,” AHY stated, as quoted by Imigrasi.
He added that the government intends to provide an arrival experience that is both smooth and secure, enhancing Indonesia’s appeal to tourists and investors.
“The experience of arriving in Indonesia should feel easy but not careless—we still prioritize national security. The system must be truly secure,” he emphasized.
Ensuring Safety Before Full Launch
Minister of Immigration and Corrections Agus Andrianto confirmed that All Indonesia had undergone extensive security testing. These included penetration tests by the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), stress tests to ensure stability under heavy traffic, and the use of ScIron technology to prevent application cloning.
“We have prepared data backup systems and will use Indonesia’s Data Center with increased capacity,” he told reporters, as reported by Sonora.
These measures are designed to safeguard passenger data and ensure system reliability ahead of its nationwide rollout. The trial phase will continue until the official launch planned for mid-August 2025.
During the trial, All Indonesia is only available to Indonesian citizens flying internationally with Garuda Indonesia. After the full launch, the system will be applied to all international passengers, including foreign travelers.
This integrated approach not only simplifies administrative procedures but also supports Indonesia’s broader digital transformation in public services. The project involves collaboration among key agencies, including the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, the Ministry of Health, and the Indonesian Quarantine Agency.
AHY expressed optimism that the new system would create wider economic benefits for the country.
“We expect this will stimulate Indonesia’s economy through tourism, creative industries, and MSMEs. Visitors must be welcomed with efficient, pleasant, and positive impressions,” he said.
By consolidating multiple arrival forms into one secure digital platform, All Indonesia is set to strengthen Indonesia’s position as a world-class destination for both tourists and investors.
